BIRMINGHAM, AL — March 2026- Affordable Home U.S. LLC, a licensed home builder in Alabama, is selling a new house using its own digital token called Affordable Home Token (AHOME).
The company has bought the land for the first house. They have finished the design for a 1,200-square-foot energy-efficient home. They also launched a website, AffordableHomeToken.com, where people can use a special app (called a dApp) to interact with safe smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain.
The smart contracts that run the token and house sale have been checked by a company called QuillAudits. The token is verified and can be seen on blockchain websites.
People can get AHOME tokens through a public auction using Gnosis EasyAuction on Ethereum. After that, tokens will also be available on Uniswap, a decentralized exchange. Anyone with Ethereum and a Web3 wallet like MetaMask can take part.
Owning AHOME tokens is useful. Token holders can connect their wallet to the project app and use tokens to reserve a new house in the builder’s projects.
When the house is built, it will be sold using normal real estate procedures, like transferring the title and recording the deed. The AHOME tokens used to reserve the house will then be removed forever from circulation.
Affordable Home U.S. has an Alabama Unlimited Home Builder License (#29303), $2 million in insurance, and is BBB accredited. The company runs several construction and home service brands in Alabama, like Bama Waterproofing, and has solid experience building homes.
This project links blockchain technology to a real-world need housing. By selling homes through the blockchain, more people can participate beyond traditional loans and financing.
The company is collecting waitlist sign-ups from people who want to join the auction. Those interested can submit their email and say how many tokens they might want to buy.
The auction date will be set based on how many people show interest.
