The non-fungible token (NFT) market is off to an impressive start this month, dominating the news cycle with positive developments. Key metrics indicate a substantial 11% increase in sales volume, reaching an impressive $34,925,836. Both buyers and sellers have increased by 1%, while transactions have surged by 14%.
Within the realm of specific NFT collections, there has been a notable shift in the top 10 by sales volume. Traditionally held by Froganas and CryptoPunks, the coveted first place has been overtaken by the recently launched Tenjin within a few hours, amassing a substantial volume of $1.8 million. CryptoPunks follows closely with an astounding 937% surge, totaling $1.68 million. However, Uncategorized Ordinals and Froganas are experiencing declines of -31% and -52%, respectively.
In the latest NFT developments, Bybit has emerged as the Official NFT Marketplace Partner for Robbie Williams’ 25th Anniversary Virtual Concert in collaboration with Hape2.0-LightCycle. Bybit Web3 will facilitate the sale of tickets and collectibles for the virtual show, redefining the connection between entertainment and blockchain. The partnership introduces three Web3 innovations: merging memorabilia, concert tickets, and metaverse passports. Bybit’s NFT marketplace becomes an exclusive gateway for fans to secure tickets, fostering an inclusive experience for both Web3 and Web2 Robbie Williams enthusiasts. Simultaneously, the Ethereum-based Ronin network has emerged as a top performer among the top 10 blockchains by NFT sales volume, witnessing a remarkable 288% increase and claiming the tenth spot with $371,097. Sky Mavis, the creator of the popular play-to-earn NFT game Axie Infinity, spearheads the Ronin blockchain, recently unveiling a substantial update to its official wallet.
Gate.io has solidified its position in the Inscription token market, boasting a 44% share of total daily volume and a 33% share of tokens held on exchanges among the 31 listed Inscription assets. The exchange attributes its success to multi-chain and protocol support for users and project creators in the Inscription ecosystem.
